LC Error – Child Lock Mode (Troubleshooting)

💡 Overview

If your Air Ultra displays an LC error, it means the wheelchair has entered Child Lock Mode.

In this mode, the wheelchair will not respond to normal driving controls until the lock is released.

🚨 What is LC Error?

The LC indicator appears when Child Lock Mode is activated. This is a safety feature designed to prevent unintended operation of the wheelchair.

When Child Lock Mode is ON:

• The joystick will not respond normally
• The wheelchair may not move under power
• Controls appear restricted or locked

🔧 How to Fix LC Error

Please follow the video guide below to exit Child Lock Mode and restore normal operation:

🔄 After Adjustment

Once you have completed the steps in the video:

• Turn the wheelchair off and back on
• Test the joystick on a flat and safe surface
• Confirm that normal driving mode has been restored
